Tell AMP about your driving experience, ok to have none!I am a high performance boater with hundreds of hours of seat time. My driving experience in a car is limited to public roads and the occasional “back road” blast. I am safety conscious and will take a Skip Barber course when the track has asphalt and is ready for use. What do you do for a living? Title? Company?National Sales manager for Spot Coolers, an emergency air conditioning company owned by Carrier Corp. Where do I live?I live in Hutchinson Island, Florida. I have a condo on Lake Lanier where I spend considerable time. How will you use this membership? Business? Pleasure?The membership is for pleasure for me, my 11 year old son, and my wife if she chooses to join us. I have a Kart membership so my son and I can explore the fun of karting together. Why did you join the club?I have always enjoyed the country club setting but have found golf to be too docile. I think AMP will be a fantastic venue to provide entertainment and purpose in retirement, which is a few years away. I also see AMP as a way to share my passion for performance with my son through Karting and eventually the big track. What do you like most about AMP?Since most sizable lakes around the country don’t have speed limits, I have always indulged my “speed jones” on the water. I figured it’s time to see what exercising a performance car with no limitations is like. To other potential members!I believe the opportunity to create a World Class facility like AMP in our back yard is worth the investment. No great idea or opportunity ever came to be without action. The greatest hurdles have already been overcome. Take the plunge and join - you will be happy you did. |
